We are a Church of England Academy which means we provide excellent education rooted in Christian values and built on the rich heritage of the Church of England. This doesn’t mean you have to go to church to come to Christ Church Academy, but our policies, values and day-to-day life are based upon values that come from the Christian faith. Church of England schools across the Birmingham region are very well regarded and are consistently rated good or better by Ofsted. We welcome children of all abilities and from all faith backgrounds and none. We believe everyone is of equal value and everyone deserves the best.
We are a local school for local children in the heart of the community and we will provide the best opportunities, the best quality and the best provision for the local community. We are part of the Birmingham Diocesan Multi-Academy Trust (BDMAT), and so will be supported by and connected with a network of Church of England schools within the region. Our school will have state of the art facilities and will equip our students with the qualifications, experiences and personal attributes, to enable them to succeed in the next stage of their education or employment. Our strong links with major local employers will increase students’ employability and readiness for work.
