Year 7 - Parent & Tutor Meetings are taking place during the afternoon and evening of Monday 31st January 2022.
Please note that the academy will be closing early to students on this day, with students being dismissed from 12.25PM. This is to enable Form Tutors and other staff to prepare for the sequence of meetings taking place throughout the afternoon and evening.
Due to enhanced Covid19 restrictions, parent meets will be made through video call (unless other family specific arrangements are made by the academy).
Meetings are a maximum of 9 minutes in length to allow enough time for all the required form meetings. Meetings should be booked through SchoolCloud (see links on this page), with booking available now.
The student concerned and their parent should connect to the meeting in advance of the appointment in order to make the most of the time available.
Key items to be discussed:
How well has the student settled in to secondary school?
How well has the student performed in their subjects throughout this term? (Using the students' report as a guide)
Are there successes to be celebrated?
Are there concerns about the student's effort, behaviour, or prep / homework?
