Parent Portal - Class Charts

Class Charts is the behaviour monitoring system that is used to collate all behaviour information about your child.  It records both positive and negative behaviour and can be seen by yourself, your child and our staff.  It is a ‘live’ resource and this means that your child’s behaviour is monitored and available to view as it happens.

Behaviour is monitored by each department and the pastoral team and your child is rewarded for the accumulation of positive points based on positive behaviours.  You child is able to use these points to purchase a range of rewards of their choosing based on their achievements from the class charts reward shop.

As well as the tracking of positive behaviour, Class Charts is also used to record and track any negative behaviour your child is involved in.  If negative behaviour is present then you should expect your child to receive a sanction in line with the Academy behaviour policy. You will also be informed of any detentions through class charts and keep up to date on whether they have been attended, missed or upscaled.

Accessing Class Charts

You can access Class Charts by either the internet or mobile APP (available via the Apple App Store or Google Play) and this is available to both yourself and your child.  We strongly encourage all parents to download the APP and access this regularly in order to track your child’s day to day behaviours with follow up discussions at home around positive and negative logs.

Logging In

You can access class charts through the website and links to the downloadable apps at www.classcharts.com/parent/login and your password will be issued at the start of the school year.  If you lose this password you will be able to have it re-issued by contacting your Student Welfare Manager.
