Year 7 Reports
Year 7 Michaelmas Term reports will be published on Monday 31st of January in advance of Parent & Tutor Meetings (see below) taking place that day.
Students will receive a paper copy of their report and parents will receive electronic PDF versions by email. Parents will also be able to download a copy of their child’s report through the Parent Portal / Arbor App.
Form Tutors will be able to discuss the report with parents as a part of the Parent & Tutor Meetings taking place that day.

Year 7 Parent & Tutor Meetings – Monday 31st January 2021
Year 7 - Parent & Tutor Meetings are taking place during the afternoon and evening of Monday 31st January 2022. Please note that the academy will be closing early to students that day, with students being dismissed from 12.25PM. This is to enable Form Tutors and other staff to prepare for the sequence of meetings taking place throughout the afternoon and evening.
Due to enhanced Covid19 restrictions, parent meets will be made through video call (unless other family specific arrangements are made by the academy).
Meetings are a maximum of 9 minutes in length to allow enough time for all the required form meetings. Meetings should be booked through SchoolCloud (see below), with booking available now.
The student concerned and their parent should connect to the meeting in advance of the appointment in order to make the most of the time available.
Key items to be discussed:
How well has the student settled in to secondary school?
How well has the student performed in their subjects throughout this term? (Using the students' report as a guide)
Are there successes to be celebrated?
Are there concerns about the student's effort, behaviour, or prep / homework?
Our Parents’ Evening system is SchoolCloud which lets parents book and manage meetings from their phone or computer. Find out more about how to access SchoolCloud here.

COVID19 measures - Reminder
We are asking the entire CCSA community to be as cautious and safe as practically possible, to minimise the spread of COVID19 variants. A reminder that the following measures are in place as of 4th January 2022:
School attendance remains mandatory unless you are self-isolating due to the virus or are showing symptoms and awaiting the results of a PCR test.
We expect all students (unless medically exempt) to wear face coverings in all classrooms and communal areas throughout the school day. As a matter of course parents should provide the academy with evidence in support of any medical exemptions. All face coverings should be logo free, cover the mouth and nose, and loop around the ears. If using disposable masks, they should be plain in style and similar to those worn in hospitals.
We are also continuing our regular lateral flow testing requirements (twice a week at home).
